Mecca 1490 A.H.

We can see here a picture from 1490 A.H. of the Kaaba. In the background we are able to see two Al-Fil class freighters bringing pilgrims, most likely from Mars, to the holy city of Mecca. For Martian settlers being able to make Hajj was very special at this time, as the Mudi drive had yet to be invented and the trip took several months.

There was debate on the theological and ethical implications but as death was the alternative the colonist agreed to this plan of actionOut of over half a million colonists only seven had an adverse reaction to the gene treatment and died, because of the treatment none of the colonists died of starvation, by the time, with new insecticides ,the colonist were able to plant and harvest their crops. Now when visiting New Tajikistan one sees millions of green skinned descendants of those original colonists. Through it should be mentioned that the gene must be in both parents to be passed down.This action lifted the ban on genetic engineering of Humans in the confederation allowing many near earth planets to be open up for colonization which might have been passed over because of cost restraints.The most notable being the adaptation on Tamazight of Blue skin to deal with the high level of background radiation found on the planet. Also the colonist on Hausa world had to be adapted to breath on a planet which has an atmosphere which is 70% Carbon Dioxide

The Martian Defense Force Anthem was originally written and sung by Martian rebels fighting agaisnt the Imperial Japanese forces of the second Japanese Empire sometime around 1480 A.H. It was adopted by the Martian Defense Force as its official anthem in 1492 A.H.

Clone Conspiracy

In the year 1471 A. H. In the newly formed Confederation of Islamic States their were reactionary groups who did not want democracy. They wanted to take power for themselves and rule the people. The vast majority of these groups were nothing more than a bunch of cranks meeting in backrooms. But one group actually came close to destroying the fledgling Confederation.
A group of Military Generals in the state of Azerbaijan with backing and support From the Trans-national Halibaton corporation conspired to seize control of the Confederation's central Asian States A blow which if it would have succeeded could possibly lead to the disintegration of the Confederation.
The plan was doomed almost from the beginning as the conspirators were never able to infiltrate and take control of the central Asian states militias. Which were in the end the units which stopped them.
The Most bizarre part of the conspirators plan was discovered at a training camp and science facility they maintained 45 kilometers outside of Xacmaz Azerbaijan. There Militia investigators found over twenty five thousand cloned children ranging in age from 3 years to 4 months. The children, all identical males, were genetically altered with enhanced senses, strength, speed and intelligence. Ironically these children who were created to destroy the confederacy went on to become some of its greatest statesmen, scientists and explorers.
Many people in the confederacy can trace their family tree back to the children of Xacmaz.

Brotherhood of the Golden Circle.

Boys are chosen at an early age to begin training as Warriors for the Martial wing of the Brotherhood of the Golden Circle.

The Brotherhood of the Golden Circle was established only a few years before the rise of the 2nd Japanese Empire. As several Sufi orders in Indonesia merged together. Initially well known for its work with the poor and in education, with the rise of the 2nd Japanese Empire the Golden Circle took on martial elements. The Golden Circle was one of the major players in defeating the second Japanese empire on Earth, driving them out of Indonesia and the Philippines. And it was Golden Circle commandos who infiltrated the Japanese Mars Colonies and lead the revolt of the forced laborers, most of whom were from Indonesia and Malaysia.
After the defeat of the 2nd Japanese empire the Golden circle refocused on education and aiding the poor, opening orphanages, schools and several hospitals. They Run three universities including the prestigious Hakeem Institute of Technology on New Khashmir.
Even today the Golden circle has its Martial side tho now it is usually expressed through law enforcement. No one wants to run up agaisnt a Golden circle agent with their feared plasma swords. Most of these agents start their training at a very early age.
The Golden Circle Communes and schools can be found on almost all of the planets of the confederation.

New Malaysia

The Grand River Mosque is a must see for any tourist visiting New Malaysia. Built in 1745 A.H. by the Brotherhood of the Golden Circle,
it is an exact replica of a Mosque that was destroyed on Earth during the Island war rebellion in 1480 A.H.

Mosque on Mars

The Grand Mosque is all that is left of the abandon New Damascus colony. The New Damascus colony was established in 1527 A.H. by the Confederation of Islamic States. It was the first Mars colony established by the Confederation. It was abandoned in 1559 when its water supply dried up. The colonist were relocated to the Mars Polar colony of Kurdistan on Mars. Which even today is one of the largest settlements on Mars.
