The Confederate Xeno-biological Sciences Institute is dedicated to the study of life with non-Terran origins . The Institute grew out of the Xeno-biological studies center on New Malayasia, which recieved its charter and mission from the Confederate Parliment. The Confederate Xeno-biological Sciences Institute has offices on every planet in the confederation as well as several planets in the Shia Systems Alliance, the Celestial Empire and the Celtic Alliance.
