Sea Corn

The Creation of Sea corn by the genetic engineers At New Atlantis Industries during the middle of the 21st century allowed earth to avoid what looked to be major agricultural disaster caused by drought and mass starvation. In the first year New Atlantis Industries "planted" 500 million acres of Sea corn. Not only did this allow them to raise corn without worrying about arable land but it yielded 5 times the amount of corn per acre than any other corn on the market at the time. With out Sea corn,sea wheat and sea soy the Earth could not support the 15 billion people that live there today.
